Logistics, Transportation & Warehouse Management



Whether you use LTL, TL or Intermodal, we will work with a variety of freight carriers on your behalf to source, negotiate and determine cost-effective solutions and schedule for your shipments. We will determine ways to: reduce freight damages, delays, and warehouse related issues, to avoid non-compliant fees from your customers. 


We will evaluate ideal product pallet configuration for your products and that trailer space are fully utilized for each shipments. 

Distribution Management

We will explore your existing distribution processes and develop areas where we can consolidate or minimize trip frequencies.  


Through collaborative engagement with your team, we will develop, as well as implement Logistics and Distribution strategies and solutions that optimizes efficiencies and reduce costs.





 

Temperature Controlled & Food Safety

Not all carriers are created equal. 

If your shipments require temperature controlled equipment for fresh or frozen products, regardless of the mode of transportation, (LTL, TL or Intermodal), we will find the right carrier that fits with your business needs.


If you are in the food industry and have HACCP, BRC or CFIA handling requirements to adhere to, not all carriers necessarily follow the same handling requirements. We can source the ideal carrier that will move and handle your products, without compromising temperature requirements while in transit.


We have extensive experience in working with temperature controlled carriers that understand the importance of food safety handling processes.

Material Handling 

Together with your team, we will outline how to properly handle incoming /outgoing products, for inventory accuracy and reduce product damages. 


We will identify the necessary documents to be completed at time of receiving/shipping of products, as well ensuring that inventory is transacted correctly for inventory accuracy.


Reduce the costs involved in investigating or disputing discrepancies with vendors and customers, by ensuring  proper documents are completed at time of shipping/receiving.



 

Invoices & OS&D Claims 

We will review your freight invoices for billing accuracy and work directly with your freight carriers to correct existing or ongoing billing errors. In our experience, a billing error can continue indefinitely and can cost several thousands of dollars if not identified and corrected promptly.


If not properly investigated, OS&D claims may add unnecessarily costs to your business . We can review OS&D claims and offer guidance in assessing which claims are valid, to be disputed, or directed to your carriers or third party warehouses for resolution.

Maritime Industry

We work in the Maritime industry with government, private and academia. We provide our domestic and global clients consulting services through industry analysis, expert advice on numerous International Hydrographic Office (IHO) standards and training in these standards.
